New Development Project Planned for Ocean Twp
Paramount Realty Developers are buying 36 acres for their Stop and Shop property development project located at the corner of Deal Road and Highway 35 in Ocean Township. Their new vision for the site includes a Stop and Shop food store. over 70 condos, a Wawa convenience store with a gas station, a 112 room hotel and fitness center. The plan would also reconfigure the traffic patterns on Logan Road, which would effect the township’s library. Opposition to the plan includes a more hazardous traffic pattern and development of property deemed “historic.”
