Community Events Enhance Property Values
When a community thrives, everyone wins. Local businesses profit and residential real estate becomes more valuable. Community revitalization encourages community residents to work with city officials, thus producing a positive communication channel for growth and improvement. Residents who feel engaged with their community experience an elevated quality of life. As the warmer weather approaches, there will be a variety of events for you to plan your weekend activities. You can click on our Community Events link to access details about the monthly events, many of which are free. Some of these events help raise awareness for special causes. On Saturday, April 8th, the Arc of Monmouth is holding it’s “Step Up for the Arc” walk/run on the Asbury Park Boardwalk to help raise awareness for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The new 5K route includes running/walking along the ocean, through Asbury park, Ocean Grove and Bradley Beach. After the walk and 5k, there will be an After Party in the Convention Hall with BBQ, live music, coffee, bagels, carnival games, photo booth, goodie bags, community vendors and more!. Support your community, raise awareness for a worthy cause, get some exercise, socialize and have some fun!
